Recycling Information

Place the following items together in your cart:

  • Clean glass bottles and jars
  • Metal Cans
  • #1 and #2 plastic bottles with a narrow neck
  • Paper - news, office, junk mail, magazines, paper food boxes, cardboard

Set cart at least 3 feet from anything
Roll cart to the end of your driveway or alley on your collection day by 6:00 AM.
Face the lid opening toward the street or alley and handle toward the house.

Items NOT Accepted Include:

  • Plastic bags and clear plastic wrap
  • Polystyrene
  • Food, liquids, or yard waste
  • Carpet, cloth, or textiles
  • Construction/Industrial debris
  • Automotive parts
  • Gift wrap
  • Video and cassette tapes
  • Plates, mugs, and pots/pans
  • Food-soiled cardboard, paper cups/plates
  • Used paper towels/tissues
  • Electronic waste
  • Medical/hazardous waste
  • Bubble wrap
